另一個特色是，鴨骨部分不熱炒而是用手拌，所以肉質吃起來還是軟嫩，味道也很夠讚?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 片鴨皮脆又香，即使冷掉，依舊有一定水準的香脆，餅皮超薄，薄到透明，卻非常有韌度，不易破，口感相當有嚼勁，非常特別，鴨骨是用拌的，不是用炒的，味道比較不重，蠻值得推薦的！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 烤鴨味道算不錯，但價格偏高...半隻360、一隻650，麵皮跟外面的不太一樣，口感不太好咀嚼，沒有另外撕開一包麵皮只有三片。以價位來說cp 值普通，有吃過就好，短時間不會想再買。
建議先打電話預約，用餐時間到現場點可能要等40分鐘～1小時，週二-四公休，週一不定時公休。
