 The location is too bad. The indoor and public facilities are the first adjustments for the first-time purchasers. The property management feels inexperienced and has no temperature in the community.

物業服務也不錯 社區水準基本的都有 可惜就只有兩房 但對首購族來說 以現今的房價 算CP值不錯的地方
The location is next to Chung Hsing University. It is within 10 minutes ride from Taichung Station. There are big buyers nearby and it is not too noisy. I have lived here for half a year.
The property services are also good. The community level is basically all. Unfortunately, there are only two rooms. But for the first buyers, the current house price is a good place for CP

After I came back from get off work, I met the community manager of Hekang Property. The kind words of Daosheng worked hard. There are friendly managers and management room brothers. In this quiet community, high-quality residents are really comfortable.
