麻煩保可夢補獵者退散。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 後面有新國小（旭光），附近有新的大醫院（林新），未來還會有走路五分鐘就可以到的捷運站（榮泉站），加上為少數的封閉式中庭社區（安全性佳），旁邊就有大草坪綠地可以給小孩踢足球，平時就可以聽得到蟲鳴鳥叫，交通四通八達，是個宜居的環境。
There is a new elementary school (Xuguang) in the back, and a new large hospital (Lin Xin) nearby. In the future, there will be a MRT station (Rongquan station) that can be reached within a five-minute walk, plus a small number of closed atrium communities ( Good safety), there is a large lawn and green space next to it for children to play football, usually you can hear the songbirds, traffic in all directions, it is a livable environment.
