★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 雖然臨時訂車，但回應也很快，司機陳世鈺先生，專業又守規矩，細節都會幫顧客想好，最重要是開車技術一流，回轉一次OK，太厲害了（拍手）。

Very satisfied with a chartered car experience! Don't bother to drive the mountain road for five or six hours by yourself. We are very relieved by handing it over to a driver who is familiar with the road and driving smoothly.
The car is very new, comfortable to ride, and very patient before the trip, I will look for a Jiangnan minibus next time I chartered out!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1/14-15台北宜蘭兩天一夜接送。兩天的司機大哥都非常準時，約定時間的15分鐘前就已經抵達，還很有禮貌打電話通知。
行車途中都非常平穩，也會非常細心的注意大家的需求-比方説老人要怎麼做才比較方便，礦泉水發送、冷暖空調的溫度調整等，讓大家都感到很舒服。服務真的相當周到！
車子本身乾淨沒有怪味，我們共八人（含司機全部共九人），大家都坐得很寬敞舒適。後車廂的部分空間也很足夠：放了2個登機箱、3個後背包、2大袋零食還有空間放一台輪椅。整體空間非常剛好。
謝謝江南小客車和有司機大哥們，下次一定會再找您們！
1/14-15 Two days and one night pick-up from Taipei and Yilan. The driver brother for the two days was very punctual. He arrived 15 minutes before the agreed time, and he politely called to inform him.
The driving is very stable, and we will pay careful attention to everyone's needs - for example, what should the elderly do to be more convenient, the delivery of mineral water, the temperature adjustment of the heating and cooling air conditioners, etc., make everyone feel very comfortable. The service is really attentive!
The car itself was clean and had no strange smell. There were eight of us (nine including the driver), and we all sat very spacious and comfortable. Part of the space in the rear compartment is also sufficient: 2 carry-on boxes, 3 backpacks, 2 large bags of snacks and space for a wheelchair. The overall space is very good.
Thank you Jiangnan Bus and the big brothers with drivers, I will definitely find you again next time!

We were not very familiar with Taiwan, but the staff provided several alternative travel plans allowing us to pick one that can fit the best. This was very helpful. We also needed to make a reservation for airport pickup once at midnight to a very remote town in Nantou. Their staff was very considerate, and the driver arrived right on time with a big warm smile. Although the passenger can't speak Chinese, he felt totally safe and comfortable with this company's professional service.
