★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很喜歡來這裏的金石堂，很開闊舒適的閱讀空間，店裡的小姐也很親切。
但是，假日人多，為什麼要選今天7/4（六）補書呢？
櫃檯人員也忙不過來，整間店亂糟糟。
建議平日補書。
I like to come here to the Golden Stone Church. The reading space is very wide and comfortable. The ladies in the store are also very kind.
However, there are many people on holidays, why choose today’s 7/4 (six) supplement?
The counter staff was too busy, the whole shop was messy.
It is recommended to supplement the book on weekdays.

The younger female clerk on the holiday evening shift has a bad attitude. She asks something and pretends that she didn’t hear her. She is very impatient at the checkout without saying thank you. It feels super bad

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天下午在麗寶金石堂給小朋友買書，在結帳前站了一會兒，櫃檯上三個店員忙聊天沒人往前一步來詢問服務，我只好開口喊聲結帳才有人過來處理，結帳時也沒有跟其他商店一樣主動詢問有沒有停車幫忙累積停車抵用費（我是先買書再去吃飯，本來以為是拿到服務台統一處理停車費的，吃飯結帳時才知道店家印發票時會加入停車抵用）由於對這家金石堂分店觀感不佳就沒再回去金石堂找店員處理停車抵用的問題，但我以後不會再去金石堂消費了⋯⋯
金石堂其實很不錯的，豐原、台中分店經常光顧，但就麗寶店的服務品質實在是差，真心建議金石堂總部應該要整頓一下，重新擦亮招牌！
This afternoon I bought books for the children at Libao Jinshitang. I stood for a while before the checkout. The three shop assistants at the counter were busy chatting and no one stepped forward to inquire about the service. I had to shout to checkout before someone came to deal with it. Like other shops, I didn’t ask for parking to help accumulate parking credit fees. (Add parking credit) Due to a poor impression of this Jinshitang branch, I did not go back to Jinshitang to find a clerk to deal with the parking credit issue, but I will not go to Jinshitang for consumption in the future...
Jinshitang is actually very good. Fengyuan and Taichung branches are frequented, but the service quality of the Lihpao store is really poor. I sincerely suggest that the headquarters of Jinshitang should be reorganized and the signboard should be refurbished!

The bookstore has Brown Coffee ☕️ and other drinks that can be purchased and enjoyed. After shopping, reading books is great ?
