★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 基本上可算是歷史建築，內部還算乾淨，不會有癈墟的感覺，但是雜物不少，也缺少導覽解說，可以順遊，不必專程前往。
Basically, it can be regarded as a historical building, the interior is fairly clean, and it does not feel like a market. However, there are a lot of clutter, and there is no guide and explanation. You can drop by without making a special trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這棟充滿石岡人回憶的歷史性穀倉，建於民國24年（昭和10年），關刀山大地震過後，是日本人以防震結構工法所建造而成的碾米廠。閒置多年之後，面臨了被拆除的命運，卻在九二一地震中奇蹟式的保存完整，引起許多建築學者前來取經，一時之間聲名大噪，石岡區圖書館於是向文化局提報為歷史性建物，不但不必拆，並且得以重新整建，並於94年7月1日正式開放
This historic barn, full of memories of the people of Ishioka, was built in the 24th year of the Republic of China (Showa 10). After the Kantoyama earthquake, it was a rice mill built by the Japanese using earthquake-proof structural construction methods. After being idle for many years, it faced the fate of being demolished, but it was miraculously preserved in the September 21 earthquake. It caused many architects to come to learn from the experience. It became famous for a while, and the Shigang District Library reported it to the Cultural Bureau. The historic building not only does not need to be demolished, but can be rebuilt and officially opened on July 1, 1994
