一直以為左腳股四頭肌拉傷,蹲下跟起立都十分痛苦?,也無法施力,搞成過度依賴右腳,連右腳阿基里斯腱也發炎了,2-3週來推拿了3-4次都沒效果?,決定透過物理治療的方法。 有求必應、資深專業的老師突破盲點說明: 因為膝蓋長期為了偷懶省力,習慣內夾式下蹲,導致長期施力錯誤?。 長這麼大才知道,原來我一直用錯誤的姿勢立足??,此時此刻才幸運地讓老師手把手的教我怎麼站,怎麼蹲才對,我們還一次又一次的練習。 要是一直惡化下去可真的就要面臨嚴重影響生活品質的髕骨軟骨軟化症了。 加上股四頭肌沒力,淺層的筋膜沒有鬆開的情況下,一直按摩肌肉是沒有效果的,除了透過輕刮筋膜不斷逐層放鬆,還要矯正平時站姿與下蹲方式。 還有原來呀!老一輩刮痧都刮到出痧是超級危險⚠️的行為,回家後也馬上警告長輩們。 我也重新思索運動傷害後,我還是不斷忍受疼痛運動真的是自虐行為,好好養傷重新鍛鍊才對。 過程超級感謝有耐心與愛心、超好聊老師轉移我疼痛注意力,謝謝老師傳授筋膜的放鬆秘訣,以後也可以放鬆不求人,還與可愛的阿財貓迪迪?‍⬛渡過了歡樂溫馨的診療課程時光。❤️ 目前打算定期預約,下次來學學怎麼放鬆肩頸,順便讓老師驗收上次的回家作業。
