9/22晚上9:45分進去問手機,女店員臉很臭口氣差,第一句是: 怎麼了,好像要趕人出去要趕下班的感覺!

買新空機note 8,29990元,一個月內故障送修三次,堅持不換新機給顧客!那就等著我消費申訴,蘋果登報吧!全台灣最爛最消極三星門市! 消費關係要旨:新空機為故障商品,店家堅持不換貨! 申訴處理經過:到此門市反應商品不良,店家不受理,後來打電話到三星總公司也不受理,兩邊互踢皮球! 申訴事由:(爭議所在):消費者在發票開出來的一星期內,向店家反應商品不良,店家辯稱是消費者使用習慣不同而造成的,要求消費者多使用幾天習慣此商品, 購買滿一星期消費者確認商品確實是故障商品,故障商品情形如下: 1:【耗電量驚人】,在沒有使用情況下,早上10點充飽電100%,晚上8點剩下18% 2:【螢幕感應不良】,用手觸控滑動沒有感應,甚至定格不動 3:【螢幕縱向橫向不平衡】,整個畫面會不自主轉向 以上三個故障情形已經跟店家反應,消費者要求換新機,店家堅持不換新機。 到目前為止,已經新空機【送修三次】!!! 第一次送修:店家表示【主機板故障】! 第二次送修:原廠公司表示【沒有問題】! 店裡面香菸味道蠻重的,想找個充電器直接打推堂鼓,只好前往對面店家。
