因為不是夾著一起煎，所以會有冷熱不均的現象，建議現場吃，才能吃到酥脆餅皮，再配上一杯古早味紅茶或是豆漿，只是內用用餐環境稍嫌差了點，但員工熱心服務速度快。
The omelet is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a slight garlic flavor. It is delicious. It is more suitable for sandwiching cheese than steak.
Because it is not fried together, there will be unevenness of cold and hot. It is recommended to eat it on the spot to get the crispy crust, and pair it with a cup of old-fashioned black tea or soybean milk. But the staff is enthusiastic and fast.
