今天致電到門市，表明3/14買到過期品，門市人員不處理要我們自己聯繫工廠，請問這樣合理嗎？
滷鴨蛋二月就已過期，毛豆和豆乾都是即期品，門市態度囂張不處理，一直強調她只是店員要我們自己聯繫工廠！
