★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今晚第一次到菓子烘培坊-外埔店消費,在挑選蛋糕期間,因不知道選什麼口味在和家人討論的時候,男店員要換發票卷,但是卻一直敲桌子,讓人感覺不耐煩
詢問檯面剩餘的4款蛋糕價格,店員完全不知道還要再查詢;確認購買煙斗老爸蛋糕,請店員將「Happy birthday」換成「爸爸節快樂」,女店員直接用手(沒戴塑膠手套)拿煙斗形狀的巧克力2次(衛生SOP?),過程中回答問題都是面對這個蛋糕(客人並不想吃你們的口水啊⋯⋯)
其實我們當場沒有反應給這兩位店員,因為他們看起來也不會處理客訴,心想:頂多以後不要再來買。
事後想說反應給總公司,應該會有好回應,希望他們可以同理心再改善,如果真的要威脅恐嚇,一開始就不會選擇溝通。
事後在官方Line群反應,講到後來才知道是公司經理:「真的很抱歉因為外埔店這是新進人員我們會改進並且加強教育訓練」、「請您體諒我們扶掖也真的不是很好請員工 或是要求員工。 我們會努力加強做好盡量」
一般消費者反應消費糾紛並不是要得到貴公司內部的營運模式,而是真誠承認你們真的沒做好,如果是你們自己遇到也有相同不舒服的感受,以及後續改善的方式。
但是我們卻收到對方“經理”,跟著客戶一起起舞地回應:「當下如果你覺得很不妥其實也可以拒絕消費」、「不好意思!我們也只是做小生意的真的不知道要怎麼講你才會滿意」,「也許知名品牌比較符合你的標準」
舉例知名品牌是可以效法對方成功的地方,如果只是叫我去退費,這個動作很簡單,但是貴公司也只能停留在這位經理所說的“小生意”上打拚了。
自己的收穫:有時候當下就直接拒絕或接受,後面比較不會衍生那麼多不悅。這次也讓我學習到,謝謝你們。
