★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很漂亮，很有設計感的醫療院所，停車方便，樓下就是公園，鄰近超市，便利商店，及大埔商圈，還有複合型咖啡店，餐廳，文創商店，讓人都忘了是來看病住院！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 明明是秀傳最新成立的大樓，設備卻很差，身為附近鄰居，每個月都會聽到大樓不定時發出警報聲，不管是半夜、早上......，從大樓建好到迄今完全沒有改善過，要不是只有1顆星可以按，不然我連給星都不想給！

1.大樓內的消防警報時常在半夜警鈴大作
2.停車埸內的某機器設備24小時運作，產生低頻 噪音
3.侵權居民私有土地
以上三點均有透過里長向其反應，但都未獲改善，也置之不理，真的有夠誇張

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常漂亮的大樓，緊鄰彰化最漂亮的延平公園，一樓艾美人文餐飲有非常寬闊的空間，好喝的咖啡及魚池紅茶，餐飲也非常講究道地，豆漿更是美味低卡的經典，還有精美不占胃的蛋糕，現場烘培的厚片吐司，傳說終老麵團製作的饅頭包子，更誇張的是，有全彰化最多最好的停車空間，大樓地下及地上有超過三百個車位，大樓對面也有幾百個停車位，非常大的停車場，給最高評價的五顆星
