整體調味適中 不會過鹹
由於我不愛吃豆芽菜 都換成高麗菜
高麗菜炒的很剛好
不會太爛也不會太硬
下次想嘗試海鮮類的！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位於彰化彰美路一段的豐鑽鐵板燒，今天過去用餐時，感覺座位不多，但份量誠意十足，也乾淨整潔不會有凌亂感，也有提供紅茶跟味增湯供客人使用。
今天點了一個雞腿套餐加上一個豬肉單點來用餐，首先來了一碗白飯覺得份量蠻大碗的配上現炒的豬肉感覺蠻配飯了也不會說非常的鹹，也點了一顆半熟蛋，整體吃起來也蠻不錯的。
雞腿肉煎起來也幫你切好，吃起來口感還不錯，煎這也酥脆。
豬肉的部分呢，炒得蠻好吃的之後來可以再點。
青菜也很新鮮，水分也很多

還有單點價格比一般的鐵板燒店設計好。
同樣一份，別家鐵板燒點兩個主菜也是給你一份青菜，還不給你兩個菜。
難得遇到這麼好的店家也很親切。

For the same serving, if you order two main dishes for teppanyaki at another restaurant, you will also get one serving of greens, but not two dishes.
