在一番現場吃超過好幾次,東西真的平價又好吃,老闆娘又親切,實在真的讚!於是,這次父親節,因為疫情不方便內用,我們決定單點於7/31 1715第一次購買外帶,但是,頗為失望,不是東西不好吃!而是湯竟然隨便綁,當下我們也信任店家沒特別注意,沒想到帶回家後,竟然湯灑整個後行李箱,查看湯,只有簡單綁個簡易結,湯袋子露出一個大開口,整個後行李箱都毀了!!看來只能現場吃,他們對於外帶可能不大擅長...... 後記:打給老闆,老闆也阿薩力退湯的錢給我,也一直道歉!我想,我拿餐應該也要注意店家包裝,所以我之後還是會光顧,也再補上一顆星

因為朋友推薦,說一番的便當CP值很高,份量很多,果然不讓人失望,實物跟廣告DM長得一樣(配菜的兩片紅蘿蔔還都一樣位置??),但是更優質的是炸豬排肉都滿出來了而且不是排骨便當那種薄片,是厚厚紮實的里肌肉,炸得香酥,很好吃,覺得滿意。米飯部分是請店家幫我換了黑米,不得不說米飯煮得相當好,如果一開始沒有說要減飯真的會吃太多,很難停下來,朋友喜歡蔥爆系列,沙拉看起來也蠻富盛,餐盒是用厚紙盒,健康有質感,有此次去買是晚餐時段,生意不錯,建議要先打電話預定以免等候。

「一番鮮日本料理」位於人車來往頻繁、熱鬧的彰化市中山路上,結合日式料理及台菜熱炒的餐點,完全對了彰化人的胃;加上平價供應、用餐氛圍輕鬆,老闆兼主廚葉國峯曾在台中多家知名日本料理店服務,除了道地日本料理,對於台菜熱炒也頗有心得。因觀察到彰化少有可以吃飯兼小酌的平價餐廳,於是開了此店;主推日式串燒、小菜、台菜熱炒等,果然吸引不少年輕族群上門聚餐。 以呱呱鵝肉鍋來說,選用來自花東名產剝皮辣椒,搭配鵝肉一起熬煮入味,湯汁甘鹹香辣,喝起來火辣辣、熱呼呼,十分過癮,且適合暖胃。葉國峯特別用鵝肉取代一般常用的雞肉料理,他表示,鵝肉油脂的香氣比雞肉更濃郁,加上肉質久煮不爛,用來熬湯最適合。加了醃漬過的剝皮辣椒所熬煮的湯汁,越滾煮越甘鹹入味,熱熱喝上一碗,整個身體都暖了起來。 麻油鮮蚵蛋是葉國峯的創意料理,先將雞蛋炒至約八分熟後置於鐵盤上,接著將麻油、老薑爆香後,加入東石鮮蚵略微拌炒入味,起鍋後淋於炒蛋上;軟嫩似滑蛋的炒蛋與麻油結合,淋在飯上一起品嚐,超開胃!剛好五分熟的鮮蚵一咬開,即有湯汁噴出,「爆漿」的滋味,令人好滿足。麻油香氣濃郁,鮮蚵與滑蛋形成最佳美味組合。 宮保中卷選用每隻約三百克重的澎湖中卷,過油後再加入「宮保」(乾辣椒)拌炒入味,最後加入花生拌一下後起鍋。香麻的「宮保」令齒頰留香,花生與中卷的口感也很迷人。 各種特色料理,果然吸引不少年輕族群上門聚餐。
