I went to apply for a replacement health insurance card at noon, because there is no people, so the processing speed is very fast. The volunteers and staff of the service are very helpful and take photos for free. It is a great experience of receiving services.

The service is very kind! As soon as I entered the house, there were three volunteers with friendly smiles and they felt very comfortable! The staff are also very friendly and explain the details of losing a new card quickly. (My ID card, 1 recent photo) Wait for about ten minutes to get a new health insurance card!
