米血加熱後吃，口感味道極佳。

當歸鴨肉麵線還不錯。湯本身不會太淡沒有味道也不會太厚重都是中藥味，算是很順口。外帶的話湯跟麵好像有分開裝還不錯怕麵線糊掉吧！麵線口感偏硬像是紅麵線不是白麵線會吸湯一下子就很軟很漲吃很多湯那種口感。肉片鴨肉味道很好雖然不是很軟。應該也有人喜歡硬香硬香的味道

The texture of the noodles is too hard, like the red noodles, not the white noodles, it will suck the soup and it will be very soft. The sliced duck meat tasted good although not very soft. I don’t like the texture of the tofu rolls and the finely chopped duck blood, but the boneless duck meat is thick enough to be elastic and delicious!

因為吃過大村有名的當歸鴨，不免會把兩間拿來做比較。這間的當歸湯頭蠻淡的，不過鴨肉很不錯，去骨之外又彈牙，一份65元裡頭蠻多片的，麵線也還不錯。
比較讓我驚艷的是豆皮捲，切得細細的很好入口又完美吸附醬汁，醬汁也很讚，上頭會加些許香菜，個人很愛這道！
如果跑大村太遠的話還是可以選擇到這間消費，營業時間也開到很晚。

Because I have eaten the famous Danggui duck in Omura, I can't help but compare the two. The angelica soup in this restaurant is quite bland, but the duck meat is very good, and the bones are springy. There are quite a few slices in a 65 yuan, and the noodles are not bad.
What amazes me the most is the bean curd rolls, which are finely sliced so that they can absorb the sauce perfectly. The sauce is also very good. There will be some coriander on top.
If you go too far from the big village, you can still choose to spend here, and the business hours are also open late.
