我的漢堡加蛋要這樣虧了嗎？

有個小建議：內用送餐時，直接依照桌號送，而不是一直詢問客人是否有點了什麼。

Here’s a little tip: When delivering food for in-room dining, deliver it directly by the table number, instead of constantly asking the guest if they have anything.

1. 進門櫃檯人員指引要用有護貝的菜單點餐，而不是用外面的紙菜單，點完至櫃檯詢問是否可點餐，櫃檯人員連理都不理繼續清理他的冰箱，便在原地乾等了近五分鐘，再詢問一次是否能吃飽再結帳，櫃檯人員回應不行要先結帳才能用餐，我問道那您可以幫我點餐了嗎？結果櫃檯人員把我的菜單塞到桌子底下了，壓根忘記門口站了一人等待點餐，過了幾分鐘終於可以點餐了，點完餐點沒有明細沒有與客人對過所點的餐，送餐時都會問一次你是不是點什麼的⋯試問你們的明細用來做什麼？
2.今天第二次去此店一樣是內用，點餐時櫃檯人員迅速key完單，一樣沒有明細沒有Double check (跟第一次不同人點餐），後來點了五樣只送來三樣，一樣送餐的時候都先問客人是否點了此款餐點，詢問了兩次，都是有畫到單子櫃檯人員未Key單，明明是連鎖的店面，該有的桌號、菜單、明細⋯等設備也都跟其他連鎖店一樣，但Run起來卻比傳統早餐店還要亂，基本上述設備形同虛設。
