建立沿革：
本來為值年爐主，擲茭輪值。
後來媽祖指示要建廟。
信徒慕款購地建廟大約1400坪大，建廟大約二年，建廟時社頭枋橋頭天門宮有贊助並往來，於民國72年入火落成，後來再陸續增建二樓及兩旁建築。

History:
Originally, he was the owner of the year-round furnace, and he was on the turn of the rice.
Later, Mazu instructed to build a temple.
The believers bought land to build a temple of about 1400 pings. The temple was built for about two years. When the temple was built, the Shetou Fangqiao Tianmen Palace was sponsored and exchanged. It was completed in 72 years in the Republic of China.
