什倆漉承襲了一百三十年製餅巧藝，保留傳統卻又創新求變，糕餅看似平凡，卻富含深厚的功夫。
中秋限定的奶黃流心酥有似平價的港式月餅，用刀口微微一切，蛋黃餡便些微傾瀉而出，清淡的鹹香很是好吃，只是有點偏甜，搭配茶品會更好一些。我們也試了微波20秒左右，溫熱的奶黃流心酥內餡滿溢得更加明顯，且甜味有降一些，會比直接吃還不膩口，二種吃法都很推薦試試唷。
