鄰近和美鎮公所的扒野菜-八石什鍋和美店 店的右後方就是停車場,停車非常方便, 「扒野菜」招牌很醒目, 我和朋友一起來用餐, 走進店裡,店員親切的招呼, 並提醒先做簡訊實聯制和手部消毒, 為了保護自己和保護別人,當然要乖乖做好~ 扒野菜和燒肉ROCK是同一間店,分左右兩區, 入座前看看四周,整間店讓人感覺寬敞又明亮, 每桌都放置防疫隔板,還有設置包廂區, 整間店有60個座位,座位安排很適合公司或親友聚餐❤️ 入座後店員先和我們講解菜單, 扒野菜是『青菜吃到飽』火鍋形式~ 要先選擇火鍋湯底,分“日式”和“食補”湯底, 日式風味選擇很多,食補依不同食材去調配, 再選擇主鍋肉食,有牛、豬、雞、鴨、海鮮等,主鍋肉食因種類與分量決定價格, 從經典到豪華到特等,也有通包的極品選項, 海鮮種類多,能當主鍋也能額外加點, 湯底主鍋都選完,可以再加購喜歡的火鍋料, 白飯免費提供,不愛單純吃白飯的人, 可以加點打拋豬肉拌飯或月見打拋豬拌飯唷! 這次我和朋友的湯底點了藥膳薑母、招牌燒酒和清甜蒜頭蛤蜊, 主鍋分別選特等肉盤-Prime牛小排、美國極黑和牛, 經典海鮮-大草蝦、大干貝、鱸魚、鮭魚, 再加一份秘滷三拼,我們沒再加購火過料和海鮮,愛吃菜的我們,只想趕快去夾青菜~ 因應防疫,店員在貼心提供塑膠手套, 讓我們在夾取青菜、盛裝飲品和冰淇淋時能夠保護自己? 野菜放題,就在店裡「扒野菜」的招牌下, 放置各種蔬菜的橫式冷藏櫃為食材保持鮮度, 葉菜類、白蘿蔔、瓜類、菇類、玉米、米血、火鍋料、雞蛋、豆芽菜……等等, (這裡的豆芽菜比較黃而且有彈性,沒被加工過更能安心吃) 櫃上放置常溫食材,油條、豆皮、王子麵、米粉,意麵, 拿著木盤,我夾取許多喜愛的食材, 裝完菜換裝醬料,再來去裝飲料, 飲料選擇不多但大方向都有,我喜歡日式煎茶~ 店員很快的把鍋底和餐點放上桌, 肉盤和海鮮,看起來都很新鮮, 食量不愛又愛吃菜的我,只點了7盎司的肉, Prime牛小排三片、美國極黑和牛四片, 四種海鮮看起來格外豐盛! 秘滷三拼很好吃,它的辣很溫和, 鴨血、肥腸、豆腐滷得很入味,吃著很開胃! 藥膳薑母和清甜蒜頭蛤蜊都可以直接煮, 招牌燒酒則是店員熟悉的拿出打火機往鍋裡一點, 「轟~」燒起來囉!這可是招牌燒酒的獨特煮法, 透過高溫燃燒,讓鍋裡的酒精徹底揮發, 火在燃燒,湯底在吱吱作響火中翻滾著,很酷~ 藥膳薑母湯底的薑味好濃,即使還沒喝湯, 只吃煮在鍋中的料,身體也慢慢覺得溫暖 即使酒精透過燃燒揮發了,招牌燒酒的酒香依舊濃郁~ 清甜蒜頭蛤蜊湯底裡有滿滿大蒜和八顆大大的蛤蜊, 富含營養的蒜頭燉煮後少了辛辣多了鮮甜, 即使享用餐點時不小心吃到蒜頭, 也會因為它的鮮甜綿密口感而入口,很好吃~ 新鮮蔬菜讓所有湯底的味道更加鮮甜, Prime牛小排和美國極黑和牛的油脂分布很平均, 每一口都能吃到結實肉質和豐富油花~ 大草蝦和大干貝都很鮮甜,鱸魚、鮭魚很紮實, 吃點海鮮再喝點湯,吃出滿滿幸福感~ 店內的冰淇淋是明治冰淇淋(我最愛的日系冰淇淋) 有八種口味,甜又冰涼,超好吃! 吃得飽飽,身體也得到滿滿滋補,一切都很美好~ 美好到我想再和家人朋友來這家店吃火鍋!
