★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天打電話到店家訂飲料 可是在講完地址 品項確認完後 我還沒來得及跟店員說要打統編 店員用超級快的速度說 好拜拜 直接掛掉電話… 我能體諒你們忙碌 但我兩次電話都是一樣情況也都不同人接 結果飲料送來還要再請外送人員再回去打統編拿過來 這樣不是更麻煩嗎？ 希望電話接洽時能夠順口提問是否需要統編或是確定客人是否把話說完。我當下才說 對！還沒說完 就被掛電話了 希望這部分能做改進 也辛苦外送的人員 態度很好

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 可能生意太好了要喝自己來店買外送服務很讓人感到不可思議，外送超級慢好不容易再次勇氣訂團杯外送，居然有部分飲品不能接受外送 以前訂芝芝草莓就可以，菜單也沒註明搞得人家延遲下班處理更改訂飲料鳥事 ….差勁?
Maybe the business is too good. It’s incredible that you have to buy a delivery service by yourself. The delivery is super slow. I finally had the courage to order a group cup for delivery. Some drinks are not acceptable for delivery. The menu didn't indicate it, which made people delay getting off work to deal with changing drinks and ordering birds... Bad ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奶蓋給的量有夠不準，我前面一個是正常的量，到我這杯的是肉眼可見的少，珍珠不知道沒煮熟還是怎樣的，超級硬，台中的就不會這樣。
The amount given by the milk cap is not accurate enough. The one in front of me is a normal amount. The one in my cup is less visible to the naked eye. I don’t know if the pearl is undercooked or what. It is super hard. Taichung’s will not be like this.
