桌上那個辣椒醬也很～好吃?，是下次經過永靖再光顧的美食！
The signature noodles are delicious. I ordered a total of 3 bowls, a bowl of dried pork rice, a sausage and meat, and 2 bowls of soup balls!

爆皮有魯過很入味，
肉士尾並非全肉 ，也有部份筋皮的部份，口感尚可
Dry-style dry noodles, topped with dried meat, a simple snack
The popped skin has Lu Guo and it is very tasty.
The meat tail is not all meat, but also has some muscles and skin, and the taste is acceptable
