推推他們的乾麵！很特別的加入顆粒的紅蔥，吃的時候還可以咬到香氣四溢，其他地方沒有吃過的味道。
清蚵仔湯是清淡的湯頭，沒有華麗的外表，卻有樸實不斷熬煮的清甜爽口，蚵仔因為冬天不是很大顆但給的份量十足很值得點一碗嚐鮮。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乾麵線與蚵仔仁湯。麵線是紅麵線有彈性也有特殊的香氣，均勻攪拌油蔥酥與醬油吃進去的每一口都有滿足感。蚵仔仁湯雖然價位可能也許不低，不過真的是料多實在，蚵仔裹粉的厚度剛好煮得很鮮嫩，湯頭清甜加上濃郁的九層塔香味、油蔥酥還有配上一些酸菜是很到味！清淡的鮮味湯頭如果喝不習慣的話，建議加上一些白胡椒粉。
老闆娘也很可愛。

Although the price of oyster kernel soup may not be low, it is really rich in ingredients. The thickness of the oyster bread is just right to cook very tenderly. The soup is light and sweet, with a strong flavor of nine-layer pagoda, crispy onions, and some sauerkraut. To taste! If you are not used to the light and umami soup, it is recommended to add some white pepper.
The boss lady is also very cute.

但是蚵仔湯不錯，湯頭味道清淡不油膩
蚵仔有先裹粉但又不會吃起來沒味道，也保留鮮味
