★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這邊沒有電腦提供讀者使用，館內館內有簡易咖啡廳，3樓有畫展。埔鹽鄉立圖書館不適合想讀書的人來，冷氣不涼、電風扇一樓大空間只有直立式2支，能吹到的範圍不大，二樓幾乎感受不到冷氣，天花板的電風扇也是最弱速。對於想讀報紙的人到是可以來1、2小時。
There is no computer for readers to use here. There is a simple coffee shop in the museum and a painting exhibition on the third floor. The Puyan Township Library is not suitable for people who want to study. The air-conditioning is not cool. The large space on the first floor of the electric fan is only two uprights. The range that can be blown is not large. The second floor can hardly feel the air-conditioning. The ceiling fan is also The weakest speed. For those who want to read the newspaper, it is possible to come for 1, 2 hours.

館藏書真的太少了，冷氣也不太涼
跟隔壁鄉圖書館比差了一大截
優點是環境清幽、管理員親切，
館內有提供書櫃給愛書人
讓民眾可以捐書跟換書?
