*北投埔在清朝是非常熱鬧的一條老街，所有來自鹿港芬園的人一定會經過這再到草屯和埔里
*這條古街分兩段，以慶安宮為中心的是舊街，朝陽宮是新街
*沒落的原因是日據時代開拓彰化往草屯新的道路，就是今天的台14
*原本的漢人都是翻山越嶺到南投，如今新的路導致南北頭埔一帶快速沒落，已成為看似鄉村的地方了
*沿途走著北投路還可以看到一些舊房留下來，許多草屯大姓洪家的老房在此，以及被列入歷史建築的朝陽宮
The place name called Beitou is not only in Taipei, but also Nantou.
* Beitoupu was a very lively old street in the Qing Dynasty. All people from Lugang Fenyuan will definitely pass here to Caotun and Puli.
* This ancient street is divided into two sections. The old street is centered on Qing'an Palace and the new street is Chaoyang Palace.
* The reason for the decline is that the Japanese era opened up a new path for Changhua to Caotun, which is today's Taiwan 14.
* Originally, the Han people all crossed the mountains to Nantou. Now the new road has led to the rapid decline of the North and North Toutu area, and it has become a rural place.
* You can also see some old houses left along Beitou Road along the way. Many old houses with the big family name of the Hong family in Caotun are here, as well as the Chaoyang Palace, which is listed as a historical building.
