★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know the name of this restaurant serving dumplings and soup but... This place is incredible. They have a very limited menu, but the soup dumplings are incredible and extremely reasonably priced. It has become my go to place during my annual pilgrimage to Caotun. It is the favorite place of a Taiwanese Athlete I work with and has become my favorite as well.
