★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看到網路評價很高，照片頗美，到草屯工藝館慕名前往，叫了牛肉麵跟切仔麵，我只能說，那根本不是牛肉麵，應該是切仔麵加牛肉片，牛肉的部分是真的很軟嫩，但毫無紅燒湯頭可言，如果把牛肉吃完，就是完整的切仔麵唉…環境的話，反正是路邊攤，沒什麼好要求的，我就是對牛肉麵覺得非常無法認同。如果在地人覺得那就是牛肉麵，我也沒啥好說的，但如果是外地人跟我一樣慕名想來嚐鮮…三思。
