Extra point to clean Lady's room.

We ordered the bitter melon cooked with salted eggs 鹹蛋苦瓜, fried aubergine with basil 九層塔炒茄fomented bamboo omelet 醬筍蛋, quick fried garlic madeira-vine 蒜炒川七, high mountain cabbage spare ribs soup 高麗菜干排骨湯 and the must have Hakka dish - braised pork with salted dried mustard cabbage 梅干扣肉.
The service was quick, staffs were attentive and courteous, the manageress was always around to meet your requests.
Strongly recommended..We will defo go back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Restaurant serves up dishes of the Ke Dailect group. Beautiful homestyle facade opens up to a huge compound in the rear. By the looks of the number of tour buses in the car park, they will be able to accommodate in excess of 200 customers in one seating.
Regardless, food was served fast. Don't be expecting much in terms of service especially when they are filled full with customers.
Food was kind of bland for my liking. It was explained to me that people of the region are more health conscious than the city folks so they tended for lighter flavours. So it must be good for me, I had to convince myself.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hakka cuisine which is Chinese origin I believe. Food was good and satisfying. Atmosphere was clean and staff were friendly. Variety of dishes were good. I kinda liked the pineapple pork and bitter melon soup the best. Chicken cuts were good. Noodles were a little oily for my tastes.
