★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 多年前住嘉義時，記憶中他們的水餃不錯吃，但多年後再吃卻覺得沒回憶中的好，有些水餃皮破掉，餡吃起來就水水的，沒破的也有一半以上會吃到帶湯水的餡，蠻可惜的
不過小菜極便宜，一樣才十塊，只是米血的米芯略硬，像是關東煮還在待熟區的口感，其他豆皮豬皮還不錯
