口感味道不錯!在埔里長大的我,還是非埔里人的老公帶我來這邊用餐??? 真的一直沒有察覺到這家店的存在,直到看到電視納豆的節目採訪,才知道原來埔里這裡有好吃的麵館,不但取名特別,連配料都跟其他麵店有所不同,滷味盤的大腸好吃,非常入味,嗜辣的我下次必定再訪的店家。

【滿食堂】用心見真章的古早風味 每次在日月潭想一嘗古早味時, 腦海自動浮現的第一名單就是《滿食堂》。 以往過來,大多都是點飯食類餐點,今天正在糾結是否要改點麵食(目標:啊!是辣麵)時候,快速掃視完菜單後立馬決定了今天點單內容:大碗手切滷肉飯+米粉湯。 “越是家常品項,越能嘗出店家特色和掌廚者功力”是我身為資深吃貨不變的信條。 而手切滷肉麻煩之處,就是胛心肉要肥瘦比例拿捏、花時間手工一一切細,加上豬皮、醬油和其他香料熬煮出膠質和香味。在南投這試過不少滷肉飯,時常覺得就是少了那麼一味;到現在能讓自己喜愛再回顧的,應該只有魚池的《國宴小吃》和《滿食堂》。 大碗公中的節瓜與蔥花蛋,適當的調味恰如其分、讓兩樣菜擔任好配角又不會搶走主食的風采;白飯搭上滷肉的淋汁與澆頭,讓人能盡情端起碗公、享受大口扒飯的快感。米粉湯頭,濃郁而絲毫不會帶來負擔,配上紅蔥頭與韭菜末的香氣,就是單純卻具深度的美味;吃到一半加上一點店家自製辣椒,給湯頭更增添不同香氣與美味!(提醒:辣椒真的夠辣,非嗜辣者小心用量?) 另外,必須要著墨的就是小菜:百香冬瓜!選用自埔里盛產的百香果,保留這冬瓜鮮脆口感加上百香果微酸味道和香氣,真的是開胃和夏日消暑良伴。今天謝謝闆娘 @招待小菜及冷泡茶,一頓簡單卻用心的午餐,吃來滿足無比~
