★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 教練非常有耐心的教導動作，也很主動一直幫我們拍照，整趟過程很有趣，人也都很幽默，感覺像朋友一樣，連我們太失控分散很開，兩三個人划到很遠的時候，教練都會主動跟在旁邊注意我們的安全然後看著我們笑，很像媽媽在照顧過動的小孩??
