★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 送修助聽器，說查不出故障原因。一拖就是兩個多禮拜！取回助聽器時，服務人員說有客人正在忙，叫我十五分鐘後再去。結果十五分鐘後去、又等了將近二十分鐘服務人員才處理。一個簡單的動作，取貨、付款、簽名，只要不到兩分鐘的時間、卻要客人等半小時以上！一顆星都不想給，如此售後服務供大家參考。
Send the hearing aid for repair, saying that the cause of the malfunction cannot be found. One drag is more than two weeks! When the hearing aid was retrieved, the service staff said that a customer was busy and told me to go again in 15 minutes. As a result, I went fifteen minutes later and waited another 20 minutes for the service staff to deal with it. A simple action, picking up the goods, paying, and signing, only takes less than two minutes, but the customer has to wait more than half an hour! I don't want to give a star, so after-sales service is for your reference.
