★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a good idea to go in winter time, heavily fog with limited view thought the air is fresh and occasionally the misty view still ok for me. Will come again in Summer.
However driving to location, avoid 149A(甲)initially as it’s still be repaired. Use 149B(乙) to join 149A.
