使用地圖找到的日式料理店,店門口只有一個停車位,但附近停車位很多,停車相當方便,店屬無菜單料理服務,一客定價一千元,約有十道左右菜色。 1.首道是松葉蟹肉豆腐,豆腐應該是用蟹黃精製,所以味道濃郁,上面佐松葉蟹腳肉,是道蠻讓人驚艷的料理。 2.炙燒的蝦及海驪魚握壽司,蝦肉Q彈而海驪魚經過炙燒後油脂味濃郁,可惜壽司米飯偏硬,有種冷藏過的感覺。 3.推薦午魚一夜干,一上桌就香氣撲鼻,口感外酥內軟,肉質細嫩油質充分 。 5.牛小排質地鮮嫩多汁,料理方式沒太特別。 6.扇貝燉粥經過長時間燉熬,米粒入口即化,味道濃郁,也是值得嚐嚐。 7.有道料理像是散壽司,上面鋪著松葉蟹膏散,雖然看起來不怎麼漂亮,味道倒是獨特。 8.味增湯屬甜味增湯沒什麼特殊,倒是手撕海苔跟使用的碗(像茶道用的碗)讓人感覺扣分,建議業主使用日式漆碗及木湯匙比較合搭。 其他幾道料理忘記記錄,另外可能抽油煙機能力稍弱,部分時間會聞到油煙味;還有建議店內服務人員穿著日式服裝而不是便服,會讓人有專業的感受;最後如同其他訪客所提,菜量如果再增加一點,會增加來客量及再次光臨的欲望。
