4個人的餐點都吃完,還上甜湯跟水果了,結果土瓶蒸還沒來!催了2次才補送來!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住嘉義三十幾年 常常經過這間 外觀不太吸引我 所以從來沒進去吃過 今天用外送平台點了炒烏龍麵 有夠好吃的 麵條入味 軟硬度和鹹度也剛剛好 有機會要再多吃幾樣菜色看看

生魚片非常厚實且鮮甜、烤雞腿肉質紮實噴香、老師傅的手藝,看炸蝦天婦羅完全不含油就知道其程度,稻荷壽司的醋飯鬆軟透亮,味道非常好;土瓶蒸、鐵板牛肉、手卷、炸豬排、和風沙拉都是美味佳餚,一頓飯下來,3個大人不到2200元,CP值也頗佳,開心嘉義還可以看到這樣堅持到底的台式日本料理餐廳。
An old restaurant that has been in business for more than 60 years, the passion and traditional Taiwanese Japanese cuisine style is impressive.
The sashimi is very thick and sweet, the roasted chicken thigh is solid and fragrant, and the chef’s craftsmanship. The fried shrimp tempura is completely oil-free. The vinegar rice of Inari sushi is soft and translucent, and the taste is very good; steamed in a clay bottle, Teppanyaki beef, hand rolls, tonkatsu, and Japanese style salad are all delicious dishes. After a meal, three adults cost less than 2,200 yuan, and the CP value is also quite good. Happy Chiayi can also see such a Taiwanese Japanese restaurant that sticks to the end.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次來此用餐,單點了勝丼、鍋燒烏龍、茶碗蒸、蝦手卷、茶壺湯、炒山蘇破布子,口味皆不錯,用料實在,每道料理使用的食材比預期的豐富。勝丼飯上淋了甜鹹的強棒麵風格白菜魚板香菇芡汁,還附海苔蕈菇湯。烏龍麵口感彈牙,且附了蔥花和七味粉調料碟;茶碗蒸質地稍微紮實了點,但食材豐富;蝦手卷內還包裹了些飯,滋味平衡,山蘇炒了小魚乾和肉絲的醬汁濃鹹,包裹山蘇菜葉。用餐空間大,半開放式廚房、挑高大廳、三種用餐空間的區隔,十分有潛力,只可惜有許多阻礙我再次回去用餐的環境因素,也許更換掉陳舊壁紙、耗電老式冷氣、修繕家具,增加雜物收納空間,提升外場服務和空間整潔程度,就能發揮關鍵效果。

The udon noodles have a chewy texture and come with chopped green onion and seven-flavor powder seasoning plates; the chawanmushi is slightly firmer, but the ingredients are rich; the shrimp hand rolls are also wrapped with some rice, and the taste is balanced. The sauce is rich and salty, wrapped in sage leaves. The dining space is large, with a semi-open kitchen, a high-ceilinged hall, and three types of dining spaces. There is a lot of potential. Unfortunately, there are many environmental factors that prevent me from going back to eat again. Maybe replace the old wallpapers, consume electricity and old-fashioned air conditioners, repair Furniture, increasing the storage space for sundries, improving the field service and the cleanliness of the space can play a key role.
