★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裡算是嘉義市地點最佳的住宅大樓，走幾步就是公園植物園區了，往上是蘭潭，往下是人來人往的民權路商區，各式小店餐廳日用品店，公園前面公共交通便捷，生活機能超級優。
這大樓算是附近公寓大樓裡庭園管理比較好一點的，但還是有待改善空間，另外需改善的是管理員的素質，不是每位都很友善，這是很令人不舒服很訝異的現象，到底請管理員意義何在
 This is considered to be the best residential building in Chiayi City. A few steps away is the Park Botanical Garden. Up is Lantan, and down is the commercial district of Minquan Road where people come and go. There are various small shops, restaurants and daily necessities stores, and the front of the park is public. The transportation is convenient and the life functions are superb.
This building is considered to be better managed by the courtyard in the nearby apartment building, but there is still room for improvement. In addition, the quality of the administrators needs to be improved. Not everyone is very friendly. This is a very uncomfortable and surprising phenomenon. What's the point of asking an administrator?
