★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天中午發現了這家店面看起來就知道是巷仔內人稱的老店,於是我們在徵詢老闆的同意後在門口停下車便入座點菜了。
在現今多國美食餐廳加入台灣美食場域的競爭之中,老店還能佔有一席之地,總是有一種不凋零的個性與能耐,令人想要一探究竟。
今天點的菜有什錦炒麵、肉絲炒飯、皮蛋豆腐、炒空心菜、蛤仔湯二份。點好菜我們就坐在位子上期待即將到來的美食囉,令人驚訝這家店的桌面整理的很乾淨,讓人感覺很舒適,炒飯聲音還有飄來鮮香的味道吸引我的目光轉移到了老闆與老闆娘的身上,二個人同心協力不急不徐的專注於各自的工作上,歲月在他們的臉上留下了記憶,專注的人們總是散發一種自信的光芒,接著一盤炒的粒粒分明香氣噴發的炒飯上桌了,光聞到就有效的召喚餓餓感了,我吃了一口,果然是一首功力深厚的炒飯,再來什錦炒麵也上桌了,有豬肝、花枝、蝦仁、洋蔥、高麗菜,料真是豐富哦,主了食物的味道還有清香的油蔥香氣,麵也炒的入味,口感很讚哦,皮蛋豆腐也來了,這份菜我覺得曯特別的醬油的味道很好,不是一般路邊吃的到的好醬油,豆腐軟嫩可口,皮蛋入口一滑就進去肚子裡了,不知不覺的又吃了一口,我們各自的炒飯跟炒麵都差不多各自吃到一半了,交換吃果然更確定好吃無誤,這時炒空心菜也上桌了,空心菜軟嫰合口,炒的味道真是香又美味,二個人吃份量足夠不小氣,最後的蛤仔湯上桌了,現煮的蛤仔湯加薑絲味道挺經典的,薑絲還是現切的不同於一般使用機器切好的薑絲哦。
二個人吃了這麼多還不到新台幣3佰元哦,但感覺可是吃飽喝足又能讓心情美好可是無價的,老店的味道正是因為食材與作工都不假他人之手,所以不容易在一般餐廳吃得到,在台灣相信大家只要願意走到一家老店總是能品嚐到屬於台灣的道地美食,與我們也是期待下一次再來體驗這一份好味道,建議要來吃的人要注意時間要準時中午11點到下午一點哦,下午我忘了是什麼時間,時間過了就休息了,今天忘了拍照。

Our fried rice is almost the same as fried noodles. After eating halfway through each, it was sure to be delicious when they exchanged it. At this time, the fried water spinach was also on the table. The water spinach was soft and tender, and the fried taste was really fragrant and delicious. The two people ate enough not to be stingy, and the final clam soup was on the table. When the table is over, the freshly cooked clam soup with ginger shreds tastes quite classic. The freshly cut ginger shreds are different from those cut by machines.
