虱目魚偏瘦, 但非常新鮮, 即使在晚餐時段也很新鮮。大推煎魚腸, 口感脆、完全沒有腥味。

今天早餐來試試看這家店。 點了三色蛋,小魯肉飯,鮮魚意麵。 魯肉飯的部分真的不錯,肥肉的部分已經燉到釋放膠質,過了那個油膩感的部分,咬合時會釋放黏嘴的感覺。 意麵的部分,喝了一口湯,很「鮮」, 鮮的部分來自於鮮蚵,虱目魚皮,魚肉。 加上一顆外熟內沒熟的蛋,撥開蛋黃後, 會增加整個湯頭的鮮味。 上來的三色蛋,份量很多,差點吃不完。 整體cp值高,環境比較路邊風格。 鮮魚意麵,值得吃吃看。
