★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fairly decent place to get your breakfast fix at Chiayi - they do serve up tasty Taiwanese pancakes and soya milk. Grab a piece of the order sheet from the counter (note whether you are getting the one for in-store consumption or take away), followed by payment at the cashier counter.
There are ample sitting spaces on both level 1 and 2.
