尤其是自助取貨的部分,因為剛好是尖峰時段,我一開始沒找到貨時不想麻煩店員,想說會不會被放在其他地方,找了找之後發現自助取貨的編號和排放真的是亂的可以,放錯地方的、號碼寫錯的(真的是完全不搭嘎)。
店員在尖峰時段也只有一個,而且操作非常不流暢,出了一大堆錯,等待結帳的大排長龍,甚至還有一位先生索性不排了。
我找了半小時,幾乎架上都看過一輪,實在受不了,去找了店員,當她幫我找的時候,沒想到,竟然在完全還沒上架的地方!是在櫃檯旁的一個紙箱裡,真的太扯了,下次寧可多花錢也不要來這裡取貨了。

Especially the self-service pickup part, because it happened to be the peak time, I didn’t want to trouble the clerk when I didn’t find the goods at first. I wanted to say whether it would be placed elsewhere. After looking for it, I found that the number and emission of the self-service pickup were really true. It's okay if it's messy, misplaced, and wrong number (really, it doesn't hit you at all).
There was only one clerk during peak hours, and the operation was very erratic. There were a lot of mistakes. There were long queues waiting for the checkout, and even a gentleman was simply not in the queue.
I looked for it for half an hour, and I almost watched it on the shelf. I couldn't bear it. I went to the clerk. When she helped me find it, I didn't expect it to be in a place that was not yet on the shelf at all! It's in a cardboard box next to the counter. It's really too much. Next time, I'd rather spend more money than come here to pick up the goods.

服務業要面對一堆各種事情,這家超商我也是偶爾會來這邊領貨,也都沒像傳說中的態度差又不禮貌,偶爾等久而已,沒耐心的去別家超商買,全省不是只有這一家萊爾富。
真正的不禮貌又態度差確定不是我們這些當顧客的嗎?
講難聽又白話點,服務業可憐到都沒被尊重,被人踐踏還要被罵,遇到脾氣爛到ㄎㄅ的就會被武器威脅,客人有權利客訴服務業,那服務業的店員要去哪申訴?真正該給負評的是我們這些當顧客,照著公司主張的『顧客至上』,應該是智商被弄到降低了吧?有做過服務業的將心比心一下吧,都人生父母養的還要像8+9無理取鬧ㄇ。

The service industry has to face a lot of things. I also occasionally come here to pick up the goods from this supermarket. It’s not as bad and impolite as the legendary attitude. Sometimes I just wait for a long time and I don’t have the patience to go to other supermarkets. Buy, this is not the only one in the province.
The real impoliteness and poor attitude are sure not us who are customers?
Speaking ugly and vernacular, the service industry is so pitiful that it is not respected, trampled and scolded, and if you encounter a bad temper, you will be threatened with weapons. Customers have the right to complain to the service industry, the clerk in the service industry. Where to appeal? The ones who really should give negative reviews are those of us who are customers.
