這間一定是我的古早味蛋糕回購名單之一。 作為一個經常在家玩烘焙的媽媽,我是那種自己會做蛋糕,也會買外面回來吃的人。今天吃了老闆的炙烤布丁,底下有滿滿一層黑黑的香草籽,做烘焙的一定知道香草莢有多貴了拉!自己買材料做過就知道。 蛋糕我幾乎都有吃過。原味就很好吃,享受濃濃雞蛋香。蛋糕體非常綿密細緻,不會太過蓬鬆。之前有吃過別家的古早味,感覺放泡打粉放太多導致蛋糕整個感覺很不實在。 蜂蜜蛋糕有很足的蜂蜜味道,很愛表面那層焦糖色的皮,不過中間是沒有料的。 個人最喜歡芋泥杏仁和肉鬆鹹蛋糕,芋泥杏仁中間吃的到芋頭塊和芋泥,層次很豐富。肉鬆鹹蛋糕中間鋪滿了肉鬆,蛋糕體有雞蛋香。 伯爵卡仕達蛋糕的卡仕達醬似乎也有放香草籽,我好像有看到黑色的香草籽,也很好吃。 起司蛋糕剛出爐熱熱的最好吃,中間的起司片是融化的,放涼了中間那一層就會凝固,但是蛋糕體的起司味很濃郁很香。 南瓜起司的南瓜味道稍微淡了些,中間一樣是夾著起司片,頂部有很多南瓜子。但是我個人更愛原味起司蛋糕。 爆漿巧克力的表面撒滿巧克力,內部有濕潤的巧克力醬,如果是巧克力控應該會很愛。 還有吃過桂圓核桃小蛋糕,裡面很多桂圓肉。不會很甜,個頭很剛好。但是我覺得不出眾哎,可能吃過寶珍香覺得寶珍香比較香。 總之閉著眼買吧,口味都沒有雷。
