來到嘉義一定要來碗積若飯，香又美味。不知道怎麼點餐餐廳有個人套餐也有依照人數搭配的合菜組合。

Fried hericium mushrooms are delicious, big push!

希望可以多增加純素菜色，含酒類的可以去掉，這樣純素者可選擇的餐點多，才會常去。
素火雞肉飯 必點！ 10分
魚翅香羹 猶如流水席的魚翅羹，味道非常讚吶！不喜歡吃甜，所以會跟餐廳說不要加糖。 9.8分
筍干東坡 有筍干襯底，完全就是 古樸的辦桌 “宏肉” 的味道，非常喜歡！有時會過鹹，除此之外無可挑剔。 9.5分
生魚片 棒棒~ 9.5分

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 祥瑞湯很不錯裡面有素羊肉，以素食來說整體味道來說是算蠻好吃的，出菜速度很快，感覺很急，不過菜份量有建議，算是控制很好，沒有浪費。
