而麵線方面，可能我是麵線的愛好者，論味道真的還有進步空間，他的麵線勾芡算沒有很重，但香味比較沒有出來，喜歡重口味的我，覺得有點輕有點淡～
配料方面有大腸跟丸子，大腸處理的沒有很好，對腥味比較敏感的我來說，有點重了，丸子方面就中規中矩，沒有太多的驚艷跟加分，這點真的很可惜呀！只能說不合我的胃口吧～
