我覺得最好吃的是碰皮本身，魯得鹹香有味
乾麵本身店家已經調好味，烏醋、胡椒等。和另一家，讓你自己調味的不一樣。
羹湯本身，就是一碗四平八穩的羹。
最大的亮點是魯蛋，很入味！跟另一家的魯蛋簡直天與地之差。

不過口感上不是脆的
