帶了外國朋友與他一台疑似風扇出問題的筆電去,想請老闆檢查看看問題在哪並維修,問答的過程中發現老闆專業度不足,只建議我們直接送原廠,而因為筆電已經過保,想請老闆拆開檢查問題在哪再進行維修,老闆卻說拆開檢查需要收500元。不知道是老闆還是我活在平行時空,拆開檢查竟要500元? 從小到大去過的電腦維修店家都是先檢查問題在哪,才提供維修方案並報價,外國朋友也問老闆是不是看到他是外國人因此想敲一筆竹槓。 最後我們也只能另尋他處維修,只能說整體的洽詢過程非常不愉快。
