黑白切種類不少，份量多價格平實，但口味偏重，點餐後所有食材都會再翻熱，比如說豆包會烤過、粉腸再燙過等等。我們點的豬耳朵、粉腸跟豆包都沾五味醬，搭配很多薑絲，十分夠味。三色蛋跟蘆筍則是擠了超多美乃滋，溫潤甜甜的滋味，也是不錯。

老闆做菜速度快而且口味都滿到位，各項小菜都意外的好吃，還很便宜！
意麵好吃，招牌的肉圓倒還好。蛋白質選擇多，素食者也有味增湯，滷花生，三色蛋可以點。
離交流道近，有廁所，路邊好停車。
有啤酒沒有可樂。
推薦給接近大林交流道又肚子餓的人。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great little Taiwan eatery! If you want to eat some local (大林）Dalin food this is the place to go!
Everything is really cheap and delicious. I loved the grilled intestine and the fish skin.
They are known for their Ba Wan (Taiwanese gelatinous meat bun) unfortunately they ran out before i could get some, so make sure you get their early for them!!
