The dried pasta is very delicious! There is no alkaline water taste, and the noodles are not soft. The owner’s homemade chili soy sauce is fragrant and spicy, and it’s really enjoyable to pour some on top of the dried pasta! Rouyan soup is the signature, the meat is delicious and slightly elastic. Very recommended local snacks.
