★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土庫人氣小吃，但覺得我不太愛老闆這樣的料理方式，因為老闆可能是把十幾人份的花枝鱔魚及其它食材一起勾芡在一個炒菜鍋內攪拌而不是用炒的，食材幾乎和鐵鍋一樣高了，炒麵也是相同的做法，我覺得這樣的便宜行事真的對不起食材及客人，所以做出來的花枝鱔魚麵就吃起來一般般，以後就不會再跑那麼遠去吃了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 兩個土庫在地人跟我推薦的花枝鱔魚麵，都來土庫了一定要來嚐嚐，逛完順天宮才11點的時間，怪人已經有三四組客人在等了，疫情期間還有這種實力，馬上就點了花枝鱔魚羹麵，麵條花枝鱔魚和羹結合起來的味道就是讚啦，羹是南部的偏甜喔

非假日的午後，沒什麼客人，但是，店家竟然還有二樓座位，也許節假日的人潮不少吧！
花枝羹麵60元，花枝不少，還炒得蠻久的，鄉下地方物價便宜。
第一口入喉就知不是我愛吃的那種口味，跟台北士林夜市、彰化、南投一帶炒酸筍的口感是不同的，屬於南部鱔魚意麵的做法，只是沒有台南那麼甜而已。說實在，我個人覺得不優，吃幾口就沒食慾了，蠻失望。我只能給它三顆星77分評價。
