★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食物超好吃，雞肉扎實，雞蛋沒血腥味。而外建議到此一遊的旅客一定要去喝店家旁的「有機咖啡研究所」的飲料，這次去飲恨沒喝到，去附近看到這棟建築真美，好似「臺北市立美術館」旁的臺北故事館，下次到此一遊，一定會再去「吃」雲頂土雞城，「喝」有機咖啡研究所，聽說「有機咖啡研究所」是某位輪胎公司董事長的退休住居，「十分」值得一看究竟

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 跨年連假時我們一行四人原是為了吃「炸斑鳩」而特地到雲頂來吃無菜單料理。
點了一雞兩吃的苦茶油雞和菜脯雞湯，加上炸斑鳩和山茼蒿。
總評：第一次喝到這麼順口的菜脯雞湯，苦茶油雞雞皮酥脆，整體吃起來也不油膩，炸斑鳩令人吮指回味。
跟主廚的老闆娘聊了聊，才知道菜脯雞湯是有放真正老菜脯+新菜脯，味道才會如此滑順爽口。
雞場裡亦有少見的國寶雞。
若要指定餐點要先打電話預約菜色，好讓店家預先準備。
During the New Year's holiday, a group of four of us came to Genting to eat no-menu dishes in order to eat "fried turtledoves".
Ordered the bitter tea oil chicken and cabbage chicken soup for one chicken and two, plus fried turtledove and chrysanthemum.
General comment: This is the first time I have tasted such a smooth chicken breast soup. The chicken skin with bitter tea oil is crispy, and the overall taste is not greasy.
After chatting with the chef's wife, I found out that the chicken breast soup contains real old dried vegetables + new dried vegetables, so that the taste is so smooth and refreshing.
There are also rare national treasure chickens in the chicken farm.
If you want to specify a meal, you must call to make a reservation first, so that the restaurant can prepare it in advance.
