★ 滷大腸:
先說一下它們家是使用真空包裝的方式,所以收到後不要拆開歐,直接包裝完整的拿去隔水加熱,就可以倒入盤子裏開吃了~
由於李米是請(使喚)李李加熱,全部都加熱完成我們才盛盤的~
評審一號的黃女士立刻大喊:「這個味道!是這個味道沒錯」
這麼激動嗎?
試吃時間~
李米:那個滷大腸切的大小適中,醬汁入味不死鹹,無論單吃還是當配菜都很可以,沒有肥滋滋的油感尤其它隔水加熱就可以享受了,很方便很適合拿來當下酒菜ԅ(¯﹃¯ԅ)
黃女士:它這個大腸沒有特殊氣味處理的很乾淨,這種需要細微最能看出店家用不用心,口感蠻軟嫩的,沒有太韌咬不斷的情況,很可以ლ( • ̀ω•́ )っ

★肉筋:
先跟大家說一下肉筋嘿!肉筋取自於豬腿肉筋膜肉那塊,更簡單來說就是俗稱的半筋半肉啦,吃起來口感嫩有彈性♡
李米:這個一樣是一個一口的大小,筋的地方不會卡牙縫很有膠質感,是我個人最喜歡的部位之一,而且多吃也不會膩 就算不用配飯或麵我都能直接吃完它(⁎⁍̴̛ᴗ⁍̴̛⁎)/
黃女士:滷的很剛好,你看一下這個肉的纖維 沒有滷到乾柴過硬,就算冷凍宅配隔水加熱也沒有讓它變柴,很不錯的加熱構想

★肉羹:
先說說我印象中的雲林肉羹,雲林的肉羹沒有與魚漿混合,而是使用豬肉塊直接裹粉製成
李米:這個肉羹是雲林的肉羹沒錯,肉羹裹的粉沒有過厚是好吃的那種羹,湯頭尾韻甘甜好喝是雲林的肉羹湯沒錯!!!
黃女士:它這碗用筍乾、筍絲、紅蘿蔔煮出香味,還使用雞蛋來提升羹湯的層次,這是肉絲不是肉塊啦,但羹湯有的太稠了,它可以在調稀一點

★皮絲:

李米:這道我個人喜歡有酥脆口感,所以隔水加熱後又丟到氣炸鍋裡炸,外酥內嫩才最好吃,吃得到魚漿的甜、豬肉的甘和筍絲的香氣
黃女士:以前辦桌很常有這道,就算吃不完也能打包回家隔天在加熱炸一下就很好吃了,它這家做的很實在,沒有加讓它變Q彈的東西吧,卻又不至於軟爛,用氣炸鍋回炸真的做對了,如果家裡沒有氣炸鍋的也可以兩面稍微煎一下 一樣會很好吃,三絲捲這菜本來就適合任何料理方式

★糯米腸:
糯米腸不用講解吧~就連鹹酥雞攤都有的東西,各位朋朋都知道吧~
但因為雲林產花生所以雲林的糯米腸一定會放花生增加香氣跟口感
李米:我最喜歡吃糯米腸的頭跟尾!這個豬大腸的厚度和Q度,真的超讚,糯米的香氣撲鼻,我要給這道第一名♥
黃女士:它們家是真的糯米腸!使用這種豬大腸,沒有豬屎臭處理的很好,它們還附這個辣醬沾允,花生跟油蔥的香氣完完全全就是正港雲林糯米腸沒錯!ヾ(´ε`ヾ)
